Angus Taylor

Angus Taylor (1970) is nationally and internationally known for his often large works of art, sculptures characterised by craftsmanship and the choice of alternative natural materials utilized in his work. His works aim to communicate with viscera, rather than being over-intellectual. Taylor seeks to explore metaphors of belonging and aims to create a personal cognitive home with a sense of being grounded in his immediate embodied environment. Through this personal aim he hopes to communicate concepts and understandings in relation to the fundamental and timeless states of being.
